2. Program Description#

Softball.love is a team management platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage team rosters
  • Coordinate participation in games or events
  • Communicate with team members via SMS

Users who opt in will receive SMS messages related to:

  • Team roster updates
  • Game availability requests
  • Scheduling and coordination

Messages are not promotional or marketing in nature.

3. Opt-In#

Users will only receive SMS messages after providing explicit consent (opt-in).

When invited to a team, users will receive a message requesting confirmation. Messaging will only begin after the user confirms participation.

By opting in, users agree to receive team-related SMS messages from Softball.love Team Messaging.

4. Message Frequency#

Message frequency varies depending on team activity but is typically 1–4 messages per week per team.

5. Message & Data Rates#

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier.

6. Opt-Out Instructions#

Users can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

A confirmation message may be sent after opting out.

8. User Responsibilities#

Users agree to:

We are not responsible for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages
  • Mobile carrier issues
  • Any damages resulting from use of the service

10. Changes to Terms#

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

11. SMS Messaging Terms#

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Softball.love, you agree to receive team coordination communications related to recreational sports participation.

These messages may include:

  • game reminders
  • availability requests
  • schedule updates

Message frequency is approximately 1 message per week per team.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

You may request help by replying HELP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
