Softball.love is a team management platform used to coordinate recreational sports teams.

How SMS Messaging Works

Team members may receive SMS messages related to team activity, including:

• Game reminders
• Availability requests
• Schedule updates

Message frequency is approximately 1 message per week per team.

How You May Be Added

A team captain may add your phone number to a team roster only after confirming you have agreed to receive team-related SMS messages.

Opt-In Process

After your number is added, you will receive a one-time SMS invitation:

“Softball.love: You’ve been invited to join [Team Name]. Reply YES to receive weekly game updates and availability requests. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”

You must reply YES to opt in.

No further messages will be sent unless you confirm.

Confirmation Message

After opting in, you will receive:

“Softball.love: You are subscribed to [Team Name] updates. Up to 1 msg/week per team. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time by replying:

• STOP – unsubscribe
• HELP – get help
